The project involved undertaking a large part of civil work (disassembly, foundations…) and facilities, to provide the warehouse with a good installation in thermal terms.
1. INSTALLATION AIR CONDITIONING
The removal of existing air conditioning and ventilation equipment was carried out to provide the ship with a new air conditioning system. A total of 2 metal substructures were installed on the upper deck to support hvacing equipment. The substructures, anchored to the top bead of the trusses of the metal structure of the roof, composed of square and rectangular structural tubes of S-275 steel with a weight of 310 kg, provide a horizontal surface area of 2,40×3.40 meters. 2 CIAT AIRDUO 1X1 ISKCP 200V R410A M00 split air-to-air equipment with 48.8kW of raw cooling power and 53.1kW of raw heat power were supplied and installed.
For the correct operation of the air conditioning equipment, a total of 109 linear duct meters of various diameters, 600 mm, 550 mm, 500 mm, 450 mm, 400 mm, 250 mm, 250 mm, in addition to 62 multi-tobe diffuser assemblies and 40 linear linear line assemblies were installed double refrigeration with flexible seamless copper pipe. In addition, ventilation equipment was installed to ensure the renovation of indoor air
2. INSTALLATION COLD CHAMBER
A complete enclosure was in place to form a 24 m3 secondary building for installation of ZANOTTI MSP135T0491-F (2 HP)
3.ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
The electrical installation was appropriated to be able to assume and accept the new installed equipment of loading dock and climate, installing a total of 75 meters of driver 4×16 mm2 up to secondary frame, 50 meters of conductor 4x6mm2 for powering equipment 185 meters of 4×2.5 mm2 conductor for feeding new ventilation equipment, refrigerators and loading docks. The new secondary frame counted for different consumers: – Climate equipment: 2 pc 32A tetrapolar magnetothermal switch, 2 pc Differential beam block with 30mA sensitivity. – Ventilation equipment: 1 pc 16A tetrapolar magnetothermal switch, 1 pc differential beam block with 30mA sensitivity. – Cooling chamber: 1 pc 16A tetrapolar magnetothermal switch, 1 pc differential beam block with 30mA sensitivity. – Hydraulic ramp and sectional door in spring load: 2 pc 16A tetrapolar magnetothermal switch, 2 pc Differential beam block with 30mA sensitivity.
